7:05	Gayle Killam - Oregon Environmental Council, and Nancy Sieglitz - Corvallis Environmental Center: Water Quality Issues in the Willamette. 15 minute slide presentation and 15 minutes for discussion. The Oregon Environmental Council has embarked on a three-year effort to communicate with five Willamette Communities (Springfield, Corvallis, Salem, Woodburn and Wilsonville) about issues facing the entire watershed and how each community's decisions affect other communities-connected by the river. They are working toward identifying which issues are most important to each community both locally and at the state level. The Corvallis Environmental Center is helping to facilitate this work in the Corvallis area.
